Rate: £300 per day PAYE Umbrella
Duration: 10 months
Start Date: June 2026
We are currently working with a leading main contractor on a commercial construction project in Great Yarmouth and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a freelance basis for approximately 10 months.
Your new roleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site documentation and maintain strong health and safety practices throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
• Black CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work certification
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Availability to start in June
