We are looking for experienced Freelance Site Managers to provide holiday cover across various construction sites throughout London.

This is an ad hoc role, ideal for self-employed Site Managers looking for flexible assignments with the opportunity for ongoing work.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations during planned holiday cover.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain site standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee programme delivery.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and complete site documentation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the project team.
• Report progress and any issues to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• Proven Site Manager experience within the construction industry.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Managers Card
• First Aid at Work
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple London locations.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
