About the Role
As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you’ll learn how to guide customers through the exciting journey of buying a new home. Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll develop your sales skills while delivering an excellent customer experience from first enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage potential buyers, creating a positive first impression
• Learn how to present homes and developments to prospective customers
• Support the sales team with enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments
• Assist in maintaining show homes to a high standard
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout their journey
• Develop an understanding of the homebuying process and sales techniques
• Work towards individual and team targets as your experience grows
